110-300-0260(1)(a) licensee had bleach bottles accessible to the children hanging off the side of a changing table in the toddler bathroom. Licensee had ice melt bag opened and accessible to the children by the front door entrance. 110-0260(5) License had a snow blower accessible to the children sitting outside the front door entrance.
